`added_label` Rule Not Working in Project

I have an added_label rule setup on a project board, and the bot is added to the repository, but issues are not added to the project board automatically:

I have the same issue with the rule added_label, the bot does not work properly.

Do you confirm that the problem is related to the introduction of the new projects by GitHub?
