GTK unused/dead code

Seems that GTK unused/dead code is still present in the sources (e.g. https://github.com/f233c0d3/FPDB-for-OSX/blob/qtfork/pyfpdb/fpdb.pyw#L1224 , https://github.com/f233c0d3/FPDB-for-OSX/blob/qtfork/pyfpdb/fpdb.pyw#L1232)

I'm aware of a couple of instances of this, yes. Thanks for putting it into an issue so I won't forget to fix it. :)

You're welcome.

If I have some spare time after having improved to copy-to-clipboard, I would eventually remove it.
