HUD Main Window closing

The HUD Main Window is closing every time i get assigned new table in a MTT. (updated from 40.5 cannot indicate when this was introduced) There is no error logged, the HUD Main Window just closes.

Windows 7 x64 ENG FPDB 41 rc8 pokerstars.fr ENG

Was able to reproduce and (hopefully) fix. Should be sorted in the next release.
