PT-D600 request

please add this printer to the driver

Sorry, I don't have a PT-D600 printer to test with, nor the funds to buy one.

There is some work on similar printers under discussion on #21, an attempt to add PT-D460BT support in #23 but no further input from the submitter.

PRs would be welcome but it's difficult to add this without at least being able to borrow a printer to test any changes made.
