Multiple occurence of 1st row

All resulted files contained the 1st row of the initial file, located in the beginning of each file. Great job though! Thanks!

What's funny is that I noticed this and thought it was useful / a feature. I was trying to split a very large script file generated from SSMS, and it had the using [database] at the top of the file. All subsequent split files had this as well, which in my case was useful.
