Prep for 5.0 release

🧹 just some house keeping before releasing 5.0 with the (albeit small) breaking change of behavior to have_enqueued_sidekiq_job()

I'm gonna be sitting on this release for a few weeks so that there's time for 4.2.0 with #216 so that folks have a little bit of time to review warnings before releasing the next version.
