Updates Dog API endpoint with v2

Hello there!

Thanks for using my Dog API endpoint. I upgraded the application and hosted it at dogapi.dog. With this PR, the endpoint and response is updated, allowing the bot to use the official one instead.

V1 and the old endpoints are deprecated.
