I have experienced all of these same issues and i think it all relates to a previously ignored issue i brought up with improper escape characters somewhere in the coding
there is actually an append_file command that can be used, not sure why it doesnt get used

garbage in, garbage out. its experimental, it's not going to parse every vague job you give it correctly. be more precise and action/results oriented in your requests. 'reorganize my repos'...
that's what i have done to this point, it doesnt work in all cases though
create a blank 'auto-gpt.json' file
