the issue is, when i am trying to install torch requirements using http://torch.ch/docs/getting-started.html#_ in the repo provided, and when i run $ luarocks install image i get this error:

Using https://raw.githubusercontent.com/torch/rocks/master/nngraph-scm-1.rockspec... switching to 'build' mode Cloning into 'image'... fatal: unable to connect to github.com: github.com[0: 20.207.73.82]: errno=Connection timed out

Error: Failed cloning git repository.

Same issue. Did you fix it?
