Snooze is automatically stopped
Hi, Here are below my settings and I have a problem with the snooze. I set it to 5 minutes.
5 minutes after pressing the Snooze option, my phone produces a very quick sound of less than 1s then the alarm is stopped without touching the screen. The snooze is also stopped so I have to wake up :) Anyone can confirm this problem?
Jip, I (sadly) can confirm exactly the same issue on my Samsung i9300 @ AOSP 7.1.1. With other words I can't use the snooze functionality, too.
By the way, it would be great to have an option to turn off snooze completely, what do you think?
I suspect this is related to Android 6.0+ with the Doze feature, as mentioned in #24. Regrettably, I can't reproduce such issues because I don't own a device on 6.0+.
@philliphsu: So I would be glad to donate you a (Sony Xperia SP) device with Android 7.1.1 (LineageOS) installed, if you like?
This device has a little display issue, so the upper corner of the display doesn't work properly, and you need to rotate the display (to landscape) to reach the three-dot-menue of apps, but everything else is working fine and could be a testing device for you.
