Sim test assertions being completed in https://github.com/ChainSafe/lodestar/issues/4276 should prove or disprove this issue.

Implemented in [Rocketpool v1.7.0 beta](https://github.com/rocket-pool/smartnode-install/releases/tag/v1.7.0-b1) for testnet. Will keep open for tracking any issues related to seeing it move towards production after EF endorsement of Lodestar.

Let's confirm whether or not this is just Ropsten or not.

I think Cayman is the first one to experience this!

Based on `v1.1.0` metrics, this doesn't seem to be an issue anymore. We're seeing ~1 sec range now @tuyennhv . Feel free to close if agreed.
