Add dark gruvbox theme

Nice, though I'm not sure exactly what I want to do with themes at the moment. I mostly included the ones that are there as quick examples of the kind of theming that's possible (and then added dark-paper later as that's what I use). Depending on how many themes there end up being and what config options get added, it may be nice to split them up / have some standard for how things are arranged.

I think for now I'll just leave this as an open PR, and decide what to do with themes later. Thanks for the contribution!

you can better organize and also remove the images and theme code from the repo by placing them in a github wiki and use links to show them in the repo
