Various IE11 bugs

I haven't had a chance to debug the various ones on this site. They may be related to ones we already have addressed or new ones but I'm creating a placeholder to remind myself to look into them and provide work arounds.

While you're looking at various flexbox bugs in IE, note that IE does NOT handle printing flexboxes well.

I would, but I don't have access to a windows machine and print preview doesn't seem to be working for me on browserstack. But a bug was submitted for an app i work only part time on that printing was showing only blank pages in IE11 and I narrowed it down to flexbox. More details I can't actually help with, but came to see if anyone had seen that and figured I should make someone aware of what little I know.
