Thanks to @nielsm5 the files have etags. We still have to implement them, tho. We should poll every 5 seconds or so to check if the etag on the file...

It has to do with the `keepInBounds: true` option. I think this option is either buggy or isn't implemented in a way the user would expect.

Like issue #47 this problem seems related to the `keepInBounds: true` option. Which is buggy with dragging, zooming and centering. I'm guessing that the calculation for the view are off.

This is probably a transitive dependency. We need to disable jar scanning by default and only enable this for Frank!Framework dependencies, like the Frank!Doc. Another solution is to ignore PDQ...
