ollama for markdown OCR

ollama with llama3.2-vision is pretty good at OCR and should be quick to integrate. It is seems better than the RTR hand writing recognition although obviously slower requiring a desktop GPU.

You are an assistant converting handwritten notes to markdown format. Convert this image of handwritten notes to markdown format. Try to include headers and use the number sign (# Heading Level 1) format. DO NOT use the alternative line be low format for headers. DO NOT include any text not included in the note. DO NOT summarize.
