Hello, First, thank you for your work. I followed your guide and encountered the following problems:

Step 1 :

• Turn on ADB on device (steps 1 to 6): the Chinese menu on my reader is not at all the same as the screenshots. I ended up figuring out how to enable usb debugging after an hour.
• Change the language : now I have an english settings menu but when I click on the sub menu "Device Settings" the settings app crash. is this normal ?

Step 3 : Change the Navigation button : where is this famous "navigation button" and how to use it ? So far, the only thing I've understood about navigation is that touching the top/left corner brings me back to the home screen, I still don't know how to go back.
