Automatize docker image update

After last merge docker image on docker hub was not regenerated.

I checked the settings on docker hub. It should work... Let's see if this persist or was a one-time event only. I successfully triggered docker build today.

@philipphenkel I forked and made an autobuild docker image on dockerhub (misi/bittorrent-tracker)until you can have the time to update your original reposiotry.
