Add Scheduling

This repo is great, but it's useless without additional know-how and programming for scheduling. Goal is to include code for scheduling, for example with the Whenever gem

  • Start every Wednesday starting at midnight PST
  • Every X minutes until 5AM (seems to be the tail end of when free agents process)
  • Stop when it's determined that the add/drop has been processed or that the player has already been added by another player
