I think this will mean sending around a vcard file for a particular contact. It sounds like you want the ability to do that from the web interface?

Also, is email ok instead of text?

(Note: #36 will 'solve' the texting bit, if people are synced with google and then google syncs with their phone)

Email is fine and you are correct that the google sync would probably fix this. It was more the ability to do this that I wanted and that was the only example I could think of at that moment.
