Doesn't stop/start phpXX service

Should add a brew services stop phpXX; brew services start phpYY so we don't have to do this manually every time I switch.

Hello. @bkdotcom PHP-FPM services. They need to be stopped and started.

@jefflenz Look at PR #36 maybe. We are many people using php-fpm + nginx so merging this PR is required for phpswitch.sh to be useful at all.
