Feat Request: Always outline active frame

Is there a feature that always outlines the active frame, similar to the yellow outline when gF is pressed. The reason I am asking this is because it can be annoying to try and focuses a secondary section where you can scroll, or something similar. I have to manually spam gf and then try to scroll to see if I am focused correctly. If this is a feature in another fork like vimium-c or not planned, then please let me know. Thanks for maintaining this project.
