Privacy: Allow disabling history, tab, and bookmark suggestions

There is not currently a way to disable history or open-tab suggestions in the vomnibar.

This is a privacy concern when using vimium away from home, as it shows information about all tabs, even ones in windows that are minimized or in another workspace. This problem also exists for other information shown, like history - it should be possible to use vimium and the vomnibar without needing to keep your entire browser sterile enough to meet the most restrictive environments (school, work).

There should be a setting with at least two states (enabled, disabled), but a third state to simulate a keyword search provider would be excellent. This would allow the user to decide themselves when it's appropriate to display their browsing history and open tabs to those near them. A reasonable compromise (or fourth setting) for open tabs would be to only search tabs from the current window, allowing users to easily separate e.g. personal and work browser windows.

Um currently there's no way to achieve this, although you may use Vomnibar.activateBookmarks to limit query only in bookmarks.

This was also mentioned in a chrome store review on Mar 17 2023:

"I wish there was a way to customize what shows up with the Vomnibar. I do not like my history popping up every time I type in an url. I have the feature disabled from my browser, but this extension still insists on showing me my history every time."
