previousTab and nextTab mimicking recent tab behavior on Arc Browser

Open ChrisBarfod opened this issue 1 year ago • 4 comments

Describe the bug previousTab and nextTab commands on the Arc Browser are mimicking the most recent tabs behavior that is the default in Arc (Chromium-based), instead of going to the previous or next sequential tab.

Browser and Vimium version

Arc 110.0.5481.177 (Official Build) (arm64)
Vimium 1.67.4
OS macOS Ventura 13.2.1

Hello! I am facing the same problem in arc browser as the user above. I switch tabs in a chaotic order using the shift + J/K hotkeys. After searching for answers on the web, I found nothing. Has this problem been solved or is it being solved?

You can use Better Touch Tool or other shortcuts application to resign the shortcuts. It works for me

I'm using the Simple Tab Groups extension and noticed that when navigating to previousTab or nextTab, Vimium would cycle through tab groups rather than the order displayed in the window (unlike Ctrl+Tab/Ctrl+Shift+Tab).

Sounds like the same issue?
