Fn-F not toggling full screen

Describe the bug Normally, on macOS, Fn-F toggles an app in and out of full screen mode, and Chrome is no exception. However, when Vimium is enabled, Fn-F behaves the same as F: full screen isn't toggled, and instead the follow keys appear.

To Reproduce

  1. Press Fn-F.
