Unable to side-scroll code elements

Describe the bug When there's a side-scrollable code element I can't select it and scroll, resorting to mouse usage.

Personal hover keybind:

map gh LinkHints.activateMode action=hover

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to URL https://www.npmjs.com/package/prettier
2. Get link hints ('f'), change frame ('gf'), or hover ('gh')
3. Nothing targets the code-element for side-scrolling in the Badge section.
4. Use mouse to see rest of code
