Potential clash with Vimium

I have noticed that I cannot exit whatever mode I am in using Esc. e.g. If I go in insert mode and then press Esc, it just stops everything and I cannot continue without using the mouse to clicking on another cell.

I turned off Vimium and it started working properly. Hence, why I think there might be a potential clash between them. I am using Chromium on Arch Linux.

You could disable Vimium just for Google Sheets,leaving Vimium enabled for other websites. Click the Vimium logo, enter https?://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/* in Patterns, leave Keys empty and finally click on Save Changes.
