@Jan0306 right now working on code to create users via custom code if OSticket set to private.

What is proposed. 2 Options it will sync users based on AD attribute either by 1. Exact name 2. name contains In the config all the needs to be added...
Those are not working since the changes to work with 1.17 currently doing a massive upgrade and releasing it soon that will re-enable all of that.
So here is the thing it automatically adds users based on the group they are in and adds them as a admin and topic on first login but never thought...
Wait you want to look up users based solely on the groups they in only?
