Multi Diff View button should be displayed always

1. The Multi Diff View feature is a very useful one, but recently I searched for the button and and I found that it is only displayed when hovering over the changed file. I think it should be displayed always.

2. In that diff view the button "Open File" opens the file at that revision. It would be better if it opens the file at the current version, so that one is able to edit it.

3. In a single file diff view there is no such "Open File" button. Would be great if there could be added one as well.

2. impossible. I left a comment at a closed issue here if you're interested.
3. impossible too. Not that bad though as you can click "open file" in the GitLG file listing instead.

we're pretty limited here because we're using built-in-provided apis that aren't flexible.
