Readme top picture + top features

Hello!

I updated the readme to add a picture showing the details panel docked at the bottom + also with the action buttons disabled.

I myself prefer it like that and I believe more users may find it more intuitive/appealing e.g. https://github.com/phil294/GitLG/issues/114. So whatever are the opinionated default values, IMO the readme should show this potential configuration at the top as it looks great!

Feel free to suggest/review whatever :)

Yep, I like these changes.

It says "Most are still available through right-click context menu" - in fact, all should be available there. If not, that'd be a bug (?)

(we should probably update the other pictures at some point because they show outdated ui... the first one was a bit tricky because I wanted to have all important functionality in one screen)
