Update the balenaSense documentation to recommend OS versions >= 2.54.2+rev1 for PiZero devices to enable ZRAM. This is mitigate the failure to start as documented here: https://forums.balena.io/t/balena-supervisor-process-does-not-restart-after-reboot-shutdown-powerloss/154102/54

The URL of the Influx cloud AWS instance is currently hard-coded in telegraf.conf. Needs to be configurable, since there is more than one instance (now).
