Shortcodes do not work inside tasks

I have both Tasks and Emoji shortcodes plugins enabled. Typically, shortcodes work, but the popup does not appear when I type the : trigger followed by a letter inside a task (- [ ] ). I even have autosuggestion turned off for the Tasks plugin.

The good news: It works for me in Tasks, even with auto-suggest turned on.

The bad news: Having this plugin enabled drastically slows down the rendering of tasks search results. See https://github.com/phibr0/obsidian-emoji-shortcodes/issues/47#issuecomment-2016974655
