[Bug]: I can't seem to get the synonym popover to work with English

Describe the bug

I can't seem to get the synonym popover to work with English. I am using the Things theme if that is relevant at all. I am on the latest version.

Steps to reproduce

Installed Things theme. Installed obsidian-dictionary from the community plugin. Opened command palate then dictionary view. Highlighted word in document but do not get any synonym popover.
