[Feature] Use WordNet database, to provide offline support for Synonyms

Describe the feature

When I stumbled onto this plugin, I was looking for an offline Synonyms provider. I saw @phibr0 mentioning, that he had difficulties finding reliable databases & I think that the WordNet solution should work just fine. I am leaving this here & marking it as a ToDo for myself.

Does this fix a problem? If so, specify.

@SalahAdDin Doesn't seem like it. But it doesn't have to be, as it works quite well in its current state.
If someone finds time to work on it at some point, I am just leaving a feature idea.
