Bug: With one row only and the Column layout picked the Mobile Toolbar doesn't scroll up, but sideways

Samsung Galaxy A52, Obsidian 1.4.1 (82). Both Default and Minimal themes, the Mobile Toolbar refuses to be scrolled up with the Column layout picked and 1 row set — I am able to scroll it only sideways, like if no plugin is enabled at all.
