[Bug]: Order of items in Tab bar not saved

Describe the bug

I don't know exactly which new version this appeared in, but I recently created a new command shortcut and added it to the tab bar, in a specific spot. Restarting obsidian results in the icon moving to the end. I changed the order again, but each restart pushed the icon to the end. This didn't use to exist.

My temporary fix is to manually edit data.json

Steps to reproduce

Create a few command shortcuts and restart to save. This should be the original order. Reorder the commands, close, and restart. Notice how they are in the original order.

Expected Behavior

Icons stay in the place that you assigned to it.
