[Bug]: Interface language is derived from moment.js locale

Plugin interface language doesn't match Obsidian interface language, if moment.js locale is altered

Steps to reproduce

• Set moment.js locale different from Obsidian interface language (with Calendar plugin, for example)
• See plugin interface language change

Expected Behavior

Plugin interface language should stay intact with Obsidian
