Try both IPv6 and IPv4

On Jio, we can resolve IMS server over IPv4, but it won't respond. We need to communicate with it via IPv6 to answer.

Hmm don't want to assume ipv4 will never work, I guess we can try all IPs that come back (I'm surprised though, ipv6 should come first if it's available... I guess it's another android feature...)
