This only is useful on Oreo vendor, and currently Oreo vendor cant boot Android Q GSIs(for some reason)

Also remove unnecessary "setprop debug.stagefright.omx_default_rank 0", audio can be fixed only with "setprop debug.stagefright.omx_default_rank.sw-audio 1"
