Include JSDoc in `phero.generated.ts`

It would be nice to include JSDoc comments in the generated source file. This would allow the text editor to show documentation on the client side.

The specific need I'm hoping to address here is to make fields marked as @deprecated retain their deprecated status on the client side, thus making JSDoc-aware text editors warn programmers of their usage.
