Required documentation for GA4GH Steering Committee Approval of Phenopackets v2

All documents can be found in this folder (and linked in the main approval document). These forms should all look familiar, they're essentially the same from v1 approval with a few new bits added in.

• Product Approval Form - the main approval document. I've gone through and filled a few things out, and added "To Do" comments.
• Security Proposal Form - I need to check if we actually need to do this form, since we did this for v1.0. Ignore this for now, but it's in the folder.
• Security Approval Form - Brief security questionnaire, to be reviewed by a team at EPFL.
• REWS Approval Form - Brief REWS questionnaire, to be reviewed by colleagues at CGP.
• Partner Engagement Form - Qs about outreach post-approval.

The deadline for submission of all documents is APRIL 24. There can still be changes to the spec after this point (especially if the PRC has requests), but it should be ready for approval at this time.

Product Review Committee

Please start thinking about who we want on the PRC now, and feel free to add any suggestions to this thread. Ideally, the PRC membership will be confirmed prior to April 24, so we can start the meetings early May. As a reminder, we need 1) Work Stream Lead (not Melissa or David), 2) Driver Project Representative, and 3) Someone at an "arm's length" from development (e.g. from another Work Stream, an external to GA4GH expert preferred).
