What this PR does / why we need it:

Adding a Helm chart makes it much easier to manage deployments of imageswap at scale, or in enterprise environments. This could increase adoption.

Hello @madmatt112 , we recently had someone else submit a Helm Chart in #75, but that was closed as stale with no responses from the author.

We haven't had any requests for a Helm chart so far, so I don't see it as critical for the maintenance overhead it can bring.

Are you interested in maintaining the Helm chart longterm?

There's a decent amount of work we would need to be done beyond just the Helm chart to be able to merge this:

• Tests for installation and functionality of the Helm chart deployment in addition to the existing install methodologies.
• Some documentation and some tooling to help scope what's required to maintain the Helm chart through future releases.
