Recipe(s) for a Drupal Commerce shop addon with sensible defaults

Drupal Commerce is brilliantly flexible but installation and setup is not easy for beginners (compared to a simple WooCommerce setup). It would be very helpful to have a recipe where basic shop functionality alongside with some demo products is preconfigured. Separate recipes could also add in preconfigured payment gateways like Stripe or Paypal.
