Consider adding Link Checker module

This module has a respectable number of installations, looks actively maintained, and definitely provides a useful service. It appears to have a good amount of automated test coverage, which is always nice to see. It's highly configurable. IMHO this is something a decent CMS should have, and it makes sense as part of Starshot.

Apparently it's not quite as actively maintained as it looks, and is a known resource hog that causes severe slowdowns when editing nodes. The functionality itself is useful, but it's best not to include modules in Starshot that experienced site builders find scarring. So I'll leave this issue open in case anyone else has a different opinion, but it's looking like this won't happen.
