I'm getting the same error on macosx with node v5.1.0.

Rolling back to v0.4.7 of coordinator works for me, looks like AMD support broke. ``` npm uninstall coordinator npm install [email protected] --save ```

typeahead does not show up if suggestions.length == typeahead.limit

Seems like #1672 should fix this.

Seperate built in commands from custom on help

I don't see a benefit for the end user to know what's a built in command over custom commands. There's no such equivalent in unix bash right?
