Describe the bug opening jquery-3.3.1.min.js breaks quick follow function (ctl +click) To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'default page in phoenix'
  2. Click on ' quick follow (ctl+click) https://code.jquery.com/jquery-3.3.1.min.js ( line 9)'
  3. Go to any js file and (ctl+click) on any function to see its definition.
  4. See error

Expected behavior it should work as usual.
