phoenix build(deps): bump ansi-html and documentation

Removes ansi-html. It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency documentation. These dependencies need to be updated together.

⚠ BREAKING CHANGES

all Extensions whould contains '.' so that mean if you have just 'ts' then need to convert to '.ts'
