Increase user feedback timeout to get feedback after sufficient usage

Currently, our user survey pops up after 30 seconds of app start. We put this on a bit aggressively early as for the first launch we were unsure of how long the users would stay on the web app before switching. But this gives us incomplete feedback as the user would not get enough time to evaluate the product. We should find an optimal time to show the survey dialogue, not too long that the undecided users switches out, not too short for the user evaluation to happen.
