Quick fix for the conversion to KML when the LineString should be considered as a LinearRing.

This repo looks kind of abandoned/un-mantanied.  FYI, this has been embedded/fixed into this fork repo: https://github.com/itamair/geoPHP throughout this commit: https://github.com/itamair/geoPHP/commit/6a7eaa9bacbe2f8347de388958d955760a148e70
