Participant not available in test directory after upgrading to 8.0.5

Hi, Created Participant "iso6523-actorid-upis::0235:1008197053" through API. Initially not available in test and https://peppol.helger.com/ Then just toggled the Unregister/Register from SML- now available in https://peppol.helger.com/ But not available in Peppol Test Directory

Hi @itxbpt If you do a manual registration to the SML, it does not trigger an update to the Directory. Please goto page Business Cards and manually force an update of the participants BC

@phax when we create through API, it will be automatically available in Test Directory. But after 8.0.5 it is not available , we just tried to toggle the SML unregister/register for testing. Also, now available only in peppol helger not in test directory

okay, so your SMP is https://qa.intaxsmp.deloitte.com - correct? Your SMP configuration looks okay. It might be, that the caching of DNS records at the Test Directory is a little bit to aggressive, combined with the fact, that the propagation of the NAPTR records is a bit slow. So currently, all you can do is to manually push the Business Card later. I will look at it from a Directory perspective

Before upgrading , we were using http for SMP http://b-8dd5444582f284f12e9c96284d38aa13.iso6523-actorid-upis2.acc.edelivery.tech.ec.europa.eu/ above is the sample dns url If we browse above it is redirecting to https://qa.intaxsmp.deloitte.com/public Initially we though our app gateway server is redirecting to https, but later we decided peppol test edelivery is redirecting to https, due to new mandate. hence we upgraded the SMP. Does our understanding is correct ?

Hi @phax , today we created Participant iso6523-actorid-upis::0235:1008194761, through API. with 5 endpoints , 1 business card . After checking the Audit , everything seems to be normal. While checking in peppol test dir and Peppol helger participant info site, information not available. Manually pushed the Business card to SML, still not available(might not required). Then waited for 1 hour, then the information available in Peppol helger site , but not available in peppol test directory. then, manually toggled the unregister/register to SML, then waited for one hour - not available both test and Peppol helger site. then, manually pushed the business card to sml, now available in test directory, but not available in peppol helger site. Can you please guide from where we can start to debug?

Hmm, this is hard to say from the outside. I can confirm, that the participant ID is currently not registered.
