Error 2: PTP Layer error 2002: LIBMTP_Send_File_From_File_Descriptor(): Could not send object.
Error 2: Error 2002: PTP: General Error

I can read files file, but when trying to write anything to the device I get the above.

I am using OSX Mavericks.
